I'm over my points today by 9 I'm wondering if I should try and claw back the points over the next few days by saving some or should I just draw a line under it? thanks.
Depending on when your weigh in is. If you have got time before it I would do as RiotG suggests and reduce by up to 4 (not going below 14) daily. If weigh in is tomorrow draw that line and start anew.
