Whens your WI? If it were me I'd try and save 2/3/4 points a day (depending when your WI is)to make up for it

Depending on when your weigh in is. If you have got time before it I would do as RiotG suggests and reduce by up to 4 (not going below 14) daily. If weigh in is tomorrow draw that line and start anew.
