or lots of fruit and veg, superspeeds foods and lots and lots of water.

Yep, exact same advice as above, revert back to plan, throw in lots of superfree and superspeed and you know what, if you do all that and still if you have a little gain or STS, so be it, you know why it's happened - and you will be awesomely trimtastic and abck on track by the time the next WI comes around!
Hope you had a good time away and sounds like you were quite good on the food front, well done. I'm with the above posts, super free for a couple of days and then back to normal.
