    Hey

I'm having real problems in the toilet department and need some advice. I'm not constipated (I don't go every day but thats normal for me on LL) but when I do go it hurts so much as its like pooing rocks! This has made me bleed and everytime I go now it effectively reopens the wounds making it agony. I drink LOADS and didn't suffer from this first time round either (I'm a veteran on this diet!)
Basically I need to know what to buy from the chemist - an ideas anyone??

    Thanks

MY guess is you now have piles. That is why you are bleeding. It is like rocks, because you would not be having neough fluid - that is generally the cause of that.

See your doc for a good strong pile remedy. Knock it now, before it gets worse requiring banding, etc.

Lots of water, fibresure, walking and warm baths will help.

    Good luck.

    Some stool softener might help.

Get some Germoloids cream (or suppositories) also use Fybogel as a gentle laxative and Dulcoease (stool softener)

    I know all about this......

Awww, you poor thing. I sympathise with the 'rocks' thing - I have never been good at getting all the water down. Try the stool softener, that is meant to help. Hope you feel better soon x

    Thanks everyone for your help!

I really don't think I have piles so I think the Dulcoease might fix it - hopefully!
