Need some inspiration for lunches to take to work - my office has a microwave and a toaster but no grill. I hate beans, fish and not a big microwaved potato fan - and I only get 30minutes for lunch so it has to be fast - and I'm still doing extra easy so would rather not use a HexB if possible. Your mission if you choose to accept it!!!! :D

I am in the same position in work and I love to take leftovers from last nights dinner if the kids have left any. Also a good idea for this coming winter may be a good hearty soup you can take in a food flask or warm in micro.

I just came across a really tasty recipe on the Waitrose website for a lentil and butternut squash stew which you could take to work in a flask or heat up in the microwave. Obviously you would have to leave out the rather large amount of oil but I think the recipe would work just as well without it.
