Packet Meat Syns

Hi

I'm new to this forum, this is my very first thread so apologies if this topic has already been mentioned, i couldn't find it!

I started slimming world on Wednesday, and finding snacks to munch on a little hard to come by!

Can anyone give me a rough idea of how many syns are in Asda Chosen By You Wafer Thin Ham (not smoked) or if it's free?
Finding cooked meats hard to work out!
