I'm back asking more questions, its been about 2 months since my first round of questions and i have been 'attempting' to do ww but i just can't, i've lost no weight and i'm as miserable and as heavy as ever, i struggle with ww because if i'm allowed it then i'll have it, then a bit more and then what ever else is left in my cupboards to boot! I'm thinking if i'm not allowed it and i don't buy it, i'll stick to it (could be just a theory :D)
I'm still drawn to RC but i'm a little confused about the signing up process, i was to do it at home because i tend to give up with classes and being shy i'd prefer to do it at home.
Online it has the 3 different costs (different times) then the 9.99 a month which i think is for the online stuff but do you get the diet stuff with it or do you have to get the £55 pack that i spotted in the mag as well?
Does anyone subscribe online? is it worth the 9.99 a month?

Hi Nikki, If you want me to be honest i would say go to the group if your struggleing it doesn matter if your shy there always nice and if you want to stand at the back till you get your confidence then its up to you. I think if you go to classes and have someone to talk to about it then your more likely to stick to it and you could always pursuade a friend thats extra incentive cause you dont want to let them down. Failing that i would maybe just buy some of her books off ebay follow those you cant go far wrong if you just stick to the less than 5% rule and work out how many calories you should be on. Good luck you sound the same as me in that you just like to eat and i still do its just the classes make it easier for me to eat and then burn it off which is the bigger picture.
