ok so today is the day, i have chucked out the left over chocolates, there is no more crisps or goodies in house, i have lost weight before on slimming world so im doing it again, i have put at least 3st on this year, i have excuses i am a comfort eater i lost my dad in april which started me off then had to work away for a time which ment i couldnt get to the gym as often, but i feel fat n frumpy now and uncomfatable, plus my stammina at the gym is crap now as well because of my gain, so here i go, today i have already been gym, i did 30min cardio the 30min weight training,
