Parsnips Syns?

I'm sure it's on here somewhere but I can't find it, do parsnips have syns if they're just in a stew and not roasted?
I'm planning on a nice rosemary lamb stew with carrots, onion, leeks and swede but I've still got a few parsnips and wondered if I could use those up too. Thanks in advance!

parsnips are free on green and extra easy they are syns on a red day but dont know how many

Nooo! Don't throw them. Make a quick parsnip soup - doesn't matter if they're a bit wrinkly. They'll taste lovely and will be a nice winter warmer if you do a green or ee day tomorrow.
