As some of you can already see, last 2 weeks have been very bad in terms of exercise. To add to it, I binge ate at a party dinner today.....I am in bed 15 mins after dinner, dead tired, guilty and depressed....
How do I make up for it? Is there anything I can do to undo today's sinful eating?
