Past sucesses

Have lost significant amounts of weight in the past in weight watchers & most recently in 2006 I lost 5 1/2 stone on Lighterlife, it's taken almost 6 years for it to creep back in but here's all here again and I don't like it at all!!
Lighterlife was amazing & it was fast & I loved it , BUT for me it was a once only journey , I tried to go back several times but I could never manage it again .

Hi Irene

I'm following the SW EE plan I've started in my own at home for past 2,weeks but am going to a class tomorrow , really to support a friend but also for hints , tips & I am considering starting my own slimming group in he future , I'm on the long road to becoming a counsellor & experience is vital later in in my course , at the moment it's all about self awareness which do much harder than you would ever imagine !
