Pasta allowance on red day

Anyone know how much cooked weight wholemeal pasta I can have as a B choice on a red day?

Cant find my book to check it myself.

I actually had a guess at 100g - weighed it out and it seemed like a normal sized portion so went with that.

Remember that is cooked weight not dry - you don't actually get much pasta for your HEB

It's 35 g dry weight HEXB on red day x

If it helps- dry cannelloni tubes - 35g is approx 3 tubes ( mine weighed 33g for 3) which is ample portion size when using for spinach and Philly cannelloni or a meat one. Works out better than pasta shapes

That's handy to know. 35 g wholemeal pasta twists doesn't look much,but when served with a good dollop of Ragu sauce,it's filling. X

Or you could make your own pasta sauce with passatta and lots of sf veg and save tons of syns-as those jars are quite high for what they are
