Hey am making my own Pasta carbonara tonight, not sure if anyone has done this before so sorry if they have
Pasta
Pack of Mushrroms
Pack of Bacon
2 cloves of garlic or garlic salt
1 pot of quark
2 Medium Eggs
150g Fresh Prawns
Put pasta on to boil, you can use spaghetti but i just use normal pasta as not a fan of spaghetti
Put Chopped bacon (fat removed) Mushrooms & either Crushed Garlic or garlic salt into a frying pan, Fry with Fry Light till cooked
Mix 1 Pot of Quark and 2 beaten eggs together till you get a creamy mixture,
Once everything is cooked add the musrooms, bacon and garlic to the pasta.
Add prawns.
Slowly mix in the quark mix and cook on a low heat till the mixutre is cooked through and serve.
Serves 4 People
is really lovely and i add my HexA of cheese to make it cheesey, obvousliy if you dont like prawns its just as nice without
