Hi, I'm going to go to my first meeting on Wednesday and I'm just trying to get my head around the diet before then. The one thing that I'm immediately struggling with is the fact that on green pasta is free, wholemeal bread can be used as a healthy extra, but tortilla wraps/pitas/flat breads have lots of syns!
Pasta and wraps are essentially the same ingredients. I make my own wraps (not wholemeal)... so why aren't they free?!
