hi, im really craving coconut at the mo and thought i could make a low syn korma some how????!!! could someone tell me the synage of 1 of these sachets please?? xx

Hiya, couldn't find the Patak's specifically, but this instead:

Coconut, creamed block, 28g - 9.5 syns

Just remember that the sachets are 50g so it would be 19 syns
You can get Coconut essence online and that would be a syn free alternative - you just add it to milk or yoghurt
