Sorry if there's already been a thread on this topic but was just wondering-has anyone read or is reading that paul mckenna book "i can make you thin". Apparantly it is quite good at breakin dependence on food and was just wondering ppls opinions. Mgt b useful post-LT when we have to make food choices
