Here goes ....

Im not sure if I'm doing this right but I thought I'd start a thread where we can share our weight loss diaries and recipes.

I have lost weight before, but never maintained the weight loss. This time I am trying to stay focused and motivated but feel that I need a lot of support and guidence from others so I can stay on track and follow the plan correctly.

I have glanced through through the threads and blogs on here this morning which are very inspirational and supportive. I will be going to a slimming world weigh in weekly but will really need extra support when I am at home which is where you guys come in. Lets use this thread to share our weight loss diaries and recipes and keep each other motivated and on track.
