Motivation waning...
I am losing my motivation for this.
I have done really well, 9lbs off so far, but my clothes are starting to feel less tight, my knees aren't aching any more and I am thinking there is more to life.
I haven't done my food diary for over a week and I am craving chocolate like my life is depending on it! I think I am due on (but not really sure- all over the place where that's concerned, but a very long story), and am telling myself it's just the time of the month.
I always do this, lose about 9lbs, lose interest and give up with the WW way of life.
