My nieghbour has just given me a load of fresh garden peas, and I could do with a good pea soup recipe please.

Pea soup is probably something better just googled and omit/reduce any oil/butter etc in it.
Use fat free yoghurt/fromage frais/Quark in place of creme fraiche (IF you even want to add anything creamy at all) Its not at all un-SW-friendly. Try uktvfood or bbcgoodfood or any quality food site, there will be endless pea soups there you can edit to make SW-friendly
