Peas. Please help!!!

    I love peas and iv been eating them all the time (i only do red days) but i was told the other day that they aren't free on a red day is this true????? if so how many syns are they?

    oh :( i have a plate load! Like last night i had chilli and had peas as the rice. Is it 28g before or after being cooked. (Surely frozen peas weigh alot more than cooked peas?!?!)

    I believe 28g is the cooked weight.

    You can have a portion of peas as a B choice on red IIRC ... someone else can look up weight for me pleeease :eek: (book elsewhere)
