Pelvic floor exercises?

Just wondering if someone could tell me what the current NHS recommendation is in ante-natal on these? How many a day, all at once or not, how long to hold each etc?

I never did them at all with my first pregnancy as I was confined entirely to bed so there wasn't really any stress on the pelvic area but this time round I'm feeling the need! I know pregnancy advice changes quite often so I'd like to know what they're currently advising in the UK.

Not sure about the ante-natal part, but I am sure that it is more important then than anytime! If you call the incontinence dept of the hospital they can advise you really accurately and perhaps they will post you some literature.
I don't live in the UK and don't have access to the NHS. It really is ante-natal, not general, advice I'm interested in so if anyone can tell that, I'd appreciate it, thanks.
