such a simple recipie! really yummy too!

Pepper,potato and egg bake

3 peppers
3 pototos
3 eggs

chop up { using a chipper is good}

your spuds and peppers, bake or acti-fry them until cooked through and soft.

transfer to a oven proof dish, crack the eggs evenly throughout the dish and bake untl cooked

I was looking for a pasta bake but did not find one. I guess this was the nearest lol

I am gonna try cooking cauli, brocolli, carrots, onions & peppers and corgette.
Then cook some macaroni pasta and mix in. (can add some flavourngs here)
Put it in a dish and mix up some eggs (depending on quantites above) put the eggs over the top and let it sink in veg and bake. Alayer of cheese goes nice wth ths.
