Pepper Sauce (to go with steak)

There's a recipe in this months mag, I made it as the weekend, it was delcious and only 1/2 syn, my mum stole my mag so need to buy another copy tonight at class x
If you get a chance Pawm could you post it, I love pepper sauce.

had au poivre sauce last night on my steak and it was yum :)

onion - chopped ( i also added mushrooms ;)
garlic - crushed
in a pan with
11oz chicken bovril stock
1 tbspoon of worcester sauce
1 table spoon of crushed black peppercorns

bring to boil then simmer for 15 mins till reduced

take of heat and add 200g of fat free fromage frais

make sure you serve immediately other wise it will separate

it is syn free and so tastey!!!!
