There's a recipe in this months mag, I made it as the weekend, it was delcious and only 1/2 syn, my mum stole my mag so need to buy another copy tonight at class x
had au poivre sauce last night on my steak and it was yum
onion - chopped ( i also added mushrooms
garlic - crushed
in a pan with
11oz chicken bovril stock
1 tbspoon of worcester sauce
1 table spoon of crushed black peppercorns
bring to boil then simmer for 15 mins till reduced
take of heat and add 200g of fat free fromage frais
make sure you serve immediately other wise it will separate
