Peppermint Tea

I know this has probably been done to death but I cannot find any threads on it. So sorry in advance

Are we allowed peppermint tea caffeine free ? I have been drinking earl grey as I know I can have that.

What other teas are we allowed?

Yes! I drink tonnes of it! You can have leaf teas but no fruit teas due to sugars and citric acid. Hope this helps

I have just had my peppermint tea oh my lovely. Enjoyed it lots !!

Yeah you get well bad breath I am afraid. Not to sure really. I use breath strips they are quite good but expensive. X

I'm gonna try peppermint tea instead of black coffee today to see if my breath is a bit brighter! Otherwise...I'm worried people may start to talk.....
