Pepsi max/ diet coke?

Has anyone really found a difference when drinking this? I use it as a treat every night or have one at the cinema so I don't feel left out but should I be avoiding it??

Diet Coke/Pepsi has citric acid in it which can take you out of ketosis. If you want something have Coke Zero which doesnt have any citric acid and is allowed

Thanks bought some today along with some dulce gusto coffee pods (the plain coffee ones) as a treat for the evening
