As for your periods it's so individual it's really hard to predict. Some people notice a difference, others don't. Either way if there is a negative impact on the scales it tends to be temporary and you notice it come off the week or so after (if you are 100% on the plan that week). Some people notice an improvement in PMS etc too Me I've actually started having more frequent periods ..every 2 weeks at the moment :'(
Oh yes Lovely I just saw that thread, well done girl. I am buzzing on this diet on my third day today, been 100% had my water (well yesterday had only 2 litres but will up it today). woohhooo
