I have just read on here that sainsburys BGTY pesto is 1 syn per tbsp. I love pesto but we don't have a sainsburys. Can anyone tell which other brand low syn - I have tesco and morrisons or a brand name. My food directory is too out of date (2005) - need a new one.

Quite a bit higher then. I wonder if morrisons do an eatsmart one

I typed in "pesto" for Morrisons and it only came up with that one.

If you find one in the store then perhaps post the nutritional info and we can put it through the calculator online for the syn value!
