On day one and really positive about this I will be slim for the first time in years

My BIIIIG goal : To reach 9 stone (126 lbs)

Start weight - 19st 7lbs
Exante start weight - 18st 10lbs

Christmas challenge (started 24/8) - 15 / 70lbs lost (Goal = 190lbs/13st 8lb)
Walk / cycle 1000 miles by Christmas (started 24/8) - 57 miles completed

Weekly losses: -10lbs, +3lbs (off plan and TOTM), -8lbs

Reach:

18st (252 lbs) :checkmark green:17st7 (245 lbs) - 17st (238 lbs) - 16.12 (236 lbs) 25% target loss

16st7 (231 lbs) - 16st (224 lbs) - 15st7 (217 lbs) - 15st (210 lbs) - 14st7 (203 lbs) - 14st3 (199 lbs) UNDER 200LBS!! Also 50% target loss
