Petite people who are on slimming world to stay healthy

Hi lucy! Im 8.9 today! 2 lbs to go! I didnt expect to lose any more as ive maintained for so many months. I think not drinking alcohol is helping! X

to be expected after this weeks gorging. my stomachs all sticking out and my face is bloated like a pufferfish. groan

Been AWOL too oops!!

Set myself a target after my bday WI on 22nd and I would like it to keep in line with this thread please.

So, I'm sorry to move the goal posts, but you could you change me to a 7lbs loss target for end of March?
My first week I gained 1lb :-(
Tomorrow will be my second WI and I expect to gain again after all those shinnanigans. I'm back on the wagon though!!!

What do you drink? I find it doesn't affect my weight loss if I stop but when i do drink I have to watch 'having the munchies' which can hinder my weight!!
 
Oh dear, that's quite high in syns before the snacks isn't it :/

Try switching to a spirit?

I gave up last jan hoping too lose some and I too gained!
