Petite people who are on slimming world to stay healthy

gosh ladies I've been gaining too!
I knew I would be, but doesn't make it any easier to digest.
Here's to a lovely loss for us all this week.
I'm not going to even look at the scales before WI (if I can help it!)

Im back down to 8.9 1/2! I can see this being a big yoyo of a couple of lbs! Lol. Hopefully if i keep up this exercise i can lose a bit more to get me to 8.7!
 
0.5lb off for me this week and given up on Booze for Feb so fingers crossed for some decent losses this month xxx
 
just thinking- my 0.5lb off doesn't count because I put half on last week.

So I spose I'm still 7lbs to lose if you see what I mean.
 
I know...i didnt comment as i would of definately had celebratory drinks! ( lucky the pubs were shut by the time he got home!!)
 
Dont worry about it! We all know where we are with our losses and gains! I just enjoy the encouragement on here :) and ppl that understand

I need a little kick up the bum, I'm doing Sw 100% but going over syns daily meaning I'm staying the same or perhaps half a pound heavier than last time I weighed but I really really wanna look my best for this wedding end march so I need to cut back on treats!!
 
I gained 2lbs this week but did binge yesterday lol x am determined to be 100% next week x
