I've decided to write a diary about my Slimming World journey. I have 37lbs to lose to reach my goal of 8.10st. I went to my first meeting on Monday. I've been reading about the plan and I understand it now. At first I didn't understand all the syns, healthy extras and free foods but now I know what I'm doing. Lol. I'm going to write what I eat everyday. I've also joined the July challenge to lose 10lbs by the end of the month. The plan i'm doing is extra easy. The way I'm eating I don't feel like I'm gona lose any weight.
Tuesday
2 Weetabix and Skimmed Milk HE A+B
Jacket Potato and Beans
Salmon, new potatoes and veg (brocolli, carrots and cauliflower)
Blackberries, Nectarine and a Plum
Wednesday
Scrambled egg with cheese HE A, Mushrooms and beans
Salad (lettuce, cherry tomatoes, peppers, chillies, mackarel fillets)
Mullerlight Cherry Yoghurt
Strawberries, Blackberries, Cherries, Apple and Nectarine
Snapper, new potatoes and green breans+brocolli
Hi-Fi Bar HE B
I haven't felt hungry once and I haven't had any syns today.
