Hello , my name is Pheonix and Im a daily weigher

...but Im in recovery and so far I have resisted the scales for 6 days

Im going to weigh in every week from now on , on a Wednesday

I do love my daily weighing but it was sometimes having a negative effect on my motivation

so Last wednesday I was 10.11.8

ill check back in 2 days ...Eeeek!!

Well done phoenix....I'm like you, on the scales all the time...but I haven't been weighed since Thursday, and its torture, lol.
