Hi all, does anyone know the syns for 30g of this? I tried checking syns online but couldn't find it under Kraft. Thanks in advance!

I always check 'My Fitness Pal' when I can't find something under a manufacturer. . I recon it's 3 syns per 30g (same as all the other flavoured ones, including chocolate) as it's 60 cals.

Hi, it is there, I searched under Kraft - then Philidelphia and there's a list - it's top of page 2 and 25gr is 2 syns
