To make a lovely creamy philli pasta sauce try fry-lighting some mushrooms and shallots, then add some veg stock and then stir in the cheese, if its too runny just add another tbsp of philli. Add some ham or bacon to make it a carbonara. Gorgeous and so low in pp- from an ancient ww book that I used to use 15 years ago!!
