Philly is only a HEB I afraid and then only on green days
The light stuff is 2 syns per 28g

lol i meant heb ..misread the recipe...im always on green plan...is that only "extra" light philli you reckon? ive only ever seen "light" philli....

I think just light as you can't get the chilli one etc in extra
