Hiya, I just wondered if anyone else is as hard on themselves as I am.
Looks like I will STS tonight and it gets me down so much, haven't had a bad week but put so much pressure on myself to lose each week that when I don't I feel like such a failure.
I look around me in group and see other people laughing and shrugging off their gains and I long to be that carefree.
I tend to get through it by imediately focusing on the week ahead and what I'm gonna go for but just wondered if anyone had any other tips on picking yourself up when you're disappointed with the scales.
