Well.... I was in asda on my way home, and, well, black pudding accidentally fell into the basket!

So, I had 2 beef burgers with melted stilton, slice of bacon & black pudding with fried cabbage! I worked it out that the black pudding was about 6-8g carbs each slice!

Yep but I drizzle in olive oil n roast in oven until bacon is crispy :0)

You obviously have more spare time in the morning than I do if you can oven roast asparagus and bacon! lol!

Here's last nights dinner for hubby and me. Needless to say we didn't eat it all - don't be thinking we are greedy lol.

I stuffed the peppers with chopped up bacon and chicken. On top of the chick and bacon I added a square of cheese. Lids on peppers then stood them upright. Dropped mushrooms into the dish and drizzled with olive oil. I added a tiny bit of jerk sauce. They were yum and hubby agreed.
