Hello,

Thought I would do a diary this time because I keep stop starting dieting so need to record how I feel when I hopefully loose weight to remind myself of that feeling when I'm feeling rubbish!

So.. I started JUDDD yesterday and completely fluffed up! My hubby is a brick but doesn't like the whole not eating even though I was planning on eating in the afternoon when I felt hungry.. We ended up going for lunch ggrrr! Then had a small eve meal and a mini choc cupcake.. What am I thinking?!?!

I need to shift this weight, I have lost a bit so far and started buying size 12/14 stuff which feels amazing but still a 16 in jeans I want to be smaller there.. Ok ive had 5 children I'm meet going to be a perfect figure, I don't want to be I just want to feel confident..

So today I am treating as my upday but watching what I eat to be back on down day tomorrow.. I've decided to do Tuesday and Thursday as my down days.. Then on updays I'm still going to watch what I eat so I don't pig out!

Lol.. When that is me! Will check in later today :)
