I'm addicted to fb, and minimins lol it's madness!!! Ok so today I made a right plonk of myself LOL let me start at the beginning haha....

Let me take you back to yesterday, I attended a 'healthy life' session at the gym. The doctor had referred me and and I had to have a consultation with this lovely lady called Karen, now being so over weight it's hard for me to share my feelings, weight and explore deep dark places with a stranger I don't know and have never met before, but I did and she was sharp and to the point but very kind also. How embarrassed was I when the tape measure they had wouldn't fit around me! What a nightmare.... Could only happen to me haha, explains why kids use to call me wide load.. I am very wide on my hips! Anyway if that was traumatic enough lol she then told me the blood pressure machine worked but the one for large arms didn't lol. Urn ok :/ haha THANKFULLY now I laugh it off but at one time I didn't and wide have gone home an cried!

Anyway back to today, my gym phoned me to book in an appointment concerning the healthy life programme, while she was on the phone I mentioned these things that happened yesterday and that although I was ok with it some other poor soul might be totally devastated by it. I explained how the woman was lovely and really caring but she didn't have the right equipment which was more embarrassing for her bless her than me. She then told me she WAS the lady who did my appointment yesterday and its a good job I was being nice about her oops! She was kinda laughing but then she was like, I've ordered today new blood pressure machine 'which I think is poppycock' lol but she then said 'but the tape measure is as long as it is what can I really do' so I said I'm sure u can get a longer one.... Is she for real! ?! She then went in to tell me she was a nurse for over 25 years so she never gets embarrassed, I honestly never ment anything bad by that comment and was being nice to her but I think she's took it bad, I dunno her attitude was kind if annoyed! I'm only trying to think of some poor over weight girl going in and coming out devastated. At the end if the convi she was laughing and joking so I hope all was ok but gees I was embarrassed!

On a worse note, poppy was groomed today :,( she's been scalped! I miss her lovely long hair my poor baby lol

On a FANTASTIC note....

Aww well i hope she was being nice and jokey and not annoyed, i know personally i would of been distraught if the tape measure fit around me because i am incredibly self concious!!!

I hate when my springer gets a haircut, he looks cold too. I like him all fluffy and fat looking, but it's better for him to have short hair, as EVERYTHING gets stuck to him when were down the woods!

Lol max is like that too, he's a little scamp! He's always soaking and dirty! This is a pic of him at the START of a walk the other day, our other two dogs were bone dry and squeaky clean at this point!

As cute as a button, with and without hair ! She looks like she would fit into a teacup. I have never been a fan of dogs in clothes, but Daze has a waterproof and a warm coat. Practical as it keeps her from getting wet underneath and she really feels the cold. How soft are we about our animals. She has a heat pad, doggie steps she walks up to get to her raised memory foam bed which is by the radiator and at the right height with my chair to get constant ear tweaking and tummy scratching. She loves warmth & comfort. She has just lost her sight and back legs are iffy, but then she takes off like a rocket around the garden like a 6 month old. Love her to bits

I know it's so funny how much we adore these little furbutts haha! Sounds like ur furbaby has it made lol! To cute . Poppy also has some coats and one Santa outfit but mostly coloured harnesses like pink pika dot ones etc. very cute! Can't believe ur girl has a heat pad lol, that's better than what I have lool! thought id join in on the doggy convo. mine is a very big dog takes me for a walk! husky cross German sheppard. if i shaved him it would be easier on the cleaning have to Hoover everday. but bless him hes very loving.

should be slim with the amount of walking he needs lol.
