Pins and needles?

Anyone else seem to get them really easily now?

I only used to get them in my legs if I sat funny for along time etc. Now it seems to be every evening at some point I get them at the drop of a hat I have them now in my left hip...

Yeah I do too, wake up each morning with them on whichever part of my body I'm leant on! Maybe it's to do with lack of salts? Like cramp would be? They go away again so seem pretty harmless to me xx

No they don't bother me like proper ones do just Im aware of them LOL

I dunno If I got pins and needles when I did vlcd before I cant remember. But I did start getting them like creepy crawlie feeling aswel When I was taking omeprazole for tummy acid. Took about a year for it to go urgh was horrid !

I get leg cramps when I don't drink enough.

My mum also suffers with leg cramps, she drinks a glass of tonic water a night and she says it helps her RLS (too).

Yeah day 1 yesterday and last night i had pins and needles in bed. Weird but i just put it down to the painkillers i was taking.
