pitta breads or tortillas?

    Does anyone know if i can use my HB's for either of these? im having chicken fried with peppers and onions and i wanted to make kebabs or chicken wraps. thanks x

    No sorry - not enough fibre, not even in the wholemeal versions.

    You could make a very thin omelette instead of using a tortilla.

    I love pitta bread and do eat it, had it for lunch today but you have to syn it. Average pitta is 7 1/2 syns

    I did post a recipe for Chinese pancakes in the recipe section (you may have to hunt for it!) and they work out at 2.5 syns each, but are ideal to use as wraps, either hot or cold.
