Pizza Express - New Leggera 'light' range

Hi,

Went to Pizza Express last night and tried one of their new leggera pizzas, which is a pizza with low fat mozzarella with the middle taken out and filled with salad and a low fat dressing! I have to say I was very impressed - it was really tasty and satisying. They say they are approx 500 calories - has anyone been told in class how many syns these are??? I wonder if we can use the low fat cheese as part of healthy A extra?
