Pizza express

I'm off out to pizza express tonight and was hoping to make some good choices! Any suggestions? Thanks x

If you have a search of this forum there are loads of suggestions! I usually have a leggera pizza at 500 calories.

I had the Pizza express tuna salad at the weekend, it comes with the dressing in a little dish so you don't have to have it (I didn't) and if you don't have the dough balls then its only a couple of syns for the olives was very yummy!

If i'm right it thinking the Leggera pizzas are 500 calories, and 100calories ='s roughly 5syns, so 25syns each, not to bad if you have syns saved up and a Pizza craveing!! x

not sure what to advise but i went to pizza express the other day had dough balls and american pizza and i still lost weigh that week
