This makes a lovely tasty snack and they are so easy to make.

- Take 2 slices of bread from your healthy extra allowance and toast lightly.

- Meanwhile heat the oven to about 200'c

- Mix 2 tbsp tomato puree (1 sin) with some worcester sauce, crushed garlic and dried oregano.

- Lay the toast out on a baking tray and spread over the tomato mix.

- top with chopped onions, mushrooms (and lean ham/bacon if on a red day)

- finely slice or grate 42g low fat mozzarella from your healthy extra allowance and spread on top.

- Bake in the oven for about 10 mins till the cheese is melted.

Enjoy!

mmmmmmmmm... definately for lunch tomorrow. Think my daughter would enjoy making this too so there is half hour activities taken care of!!! Double thanx from me!!!1

You are most welcome - I've had some lovely ideas from this site and it has really helped me so its nice to give a bit back!

Try putting onions and mushrooms etc on too! Also to make it and other things taste better i chop up fresh herbs, freeze them and use them straight from the freezer, easy and tastier than dried!

I made this the other night, and it was so yummy! It really helped my craving for pizza, which is the only thing I'm missing whilst on SW!
