thursday 13.1.11
breakfast: pear, bananna with a yog
lunch: curry loaf with cucumber, tom, sugar snap peas, celery and carrot
tea: asda quick cook lemon pepper rice(1syn) with mixed veg (mushrooms, courgette, spiniach, sugar snap peas) cooked chicken.
fruit salad with yog on top
hxa- forgot to have 1!
hxb- 2 alpen light bars
syns: 1 green and blacks small bar chocolate = 4 syns.
2 small merangue nests = 2 total 6 syns

friday 14.1.11 (so far)

breakfast: pear and bannana
lunch: sweet pot with primula light cheese, sw quiche, tom, cucumber, sugar snap peas, and cooked chicken.
tea:crabstick salad followed by fruit salad & yog.
hxa- primula light 1/2 tube
hxb- 2 alpen light bars
syns: 2 tofiffee = 4 syns (i think)
maybe a green and blacks small bar choc later!! = 4 syns total 8 syns

i know ive just started having them again i was having the hifi's or fibre plus bars but i like the fact i can have 2 alpen light bars!! i have 1 after my dinner and the other 1 crushed ontop of my fruit salad with yog at about 8ish :0)

i know im a little piggy xx

Sat:
B- fruit and yog
L- homemade chicken fried rice with mushrooms, onion, baby sweetcorn, peppers,peas & carrots.
T- apple,orange, 42g low fat cheese (hxA), fibre plus bar (hxB) not alot as had a good lunch.
Syns- meringue 2.5. Green & blacks mini bar 4. total 6.5
Snack- syn free lemon meringue pie


Sunday:
B- fruit salad with yog
L- chicken & steak with salad and jacket (pub lunch)
T- fruit salad with yog (not alot as still full from lunch)
Snack: 42g low fat cheese (hxA) 2x alpen light bars (hxB)
Syns: 2 x green & blacks mini bars chocolate 8 syns
