On Saturday I weighed : 14st 9lbs (92.9kg) (on the wee card the pharmacist gave me)

I am going now to be weighed. Just after 12.00 I will tell everyone how much I have lost.

You win the honor of being the only one to guess lol (probably because of the time). And being totally correct!!

9lbs off - 14stone I weigh. The weight I was this time last year!! (88.8kg)

I'm happy with that. It doesn't really feel like I've lost anything, but my tummy isn't as bloated.

I think it's three factors:
1. No food in tummy - tummy has shrunk
2. All the water retained in my body is gone
3. I might as well have went for a colonic lol!!

Oh an that's in 5full days of it as today is day 6!!

And so you should be happy as its fantastic .. 9lbs is a lot of weight and the fact you're noticing differences with your stomach and bloatedness (is that even a word lol) is because of the 9lbs loss .. so yes you can actually tell!!
