**just want to say after reading post by
'icemoose' on the two kinds of ppl doing
CD it has totally changed my frame of mind. i am always trying to be positive but as i'm sure you know it can really get to you.
    Many thanks icemoose,**

I am thinking of starting on the SS+
if i can, do i still need a dr. sig for that
or is it only for the ss.
Honestly i dont really want my Dr. involved. I dont have any medical issues
but i think i should be able to choose to
do with my body whatever i want.

I also work a 13 hour day in a physical job. i am wondering if anyone can tell me how energy levels are going to be.
Am i likely to feel very drained and lethargic for long?

    many thanks
    D

Could you have a few days holiday from work?? (not necessarily easy I know) Or maybe start on a weekend or when you have some time off? For me it made the first few days easier being at home, and getting used to drinking all the water.
I felt better after the first few days, for me the first 3 days were the hardest, but if I can do it than you can!
