Plateau! Any ideas

Hi All
I’ve hit a plateau the last 3 weeks I’ve styed the same or gone up 2lb ☹️ Any ideas? I have had a couple of cheat days to see if that would help but it hasn’t
 
Did you eat carbs on the cheat days ??
Have you tried a food week yet ??
Cheat days with carbs will just knock you out of ketosis and won't help kick start your loss again.
I personally add 20 mins brisk walking in when the scales is not budging and after a few days the loss will start up again.
