Hi all, Could someone offer any help in suggesting ways to increase weight loss. I have lost a 1lb two weeks running and haev been dieting 6 months plus now.I think i am slowing down as i reach target but i still haev 4 stones to lose.i am 5.6 and weigh just over 14 stones and want to be around 10 stone.i am having 1500 cals a day and now it has slowed down ,its frustrating and i do alot of walking to.does anyone think i should drop my cal intake to say 1400 for a while?any expereinced dieters views apprecaited.

if goodle bmr, you can work out you bmr (cals you need to maintain the weight you are now) and then subtract 500 if you want to lose 1lb or 1000 if you want to lose 2lbs, i think thats how it works, it will tell you on the website anyways.
